Service Guarantee:

If for any reason you are unhappy with a service, contact us within 7 days of the initial appointment to schedule a service for any modifications necessary. We do require your use of the recommended professional products in order to be eligible for the modifications to be available at no additional cost. Modifications refer only to what was discussed during your consultation. Misinformation regarding hair history may void this guarantee. We do not offer refunds.

Tardiness Policy:

To respect appointments made by other clients, arriving more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may require that we reschedule or modify the appointment. If you are unsure of your schedule, call or text to let us know and we will do our best to work with you. Hourly pricing begins at the time of the appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations under 24 hours and no call/no shows are subject to a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled service. For cancellations or to reschedule, please refer to the online booking site, or by phone or text. Three no call/no shows may result in a booking ban.

Child Safety Policy:

Due to the potentially dangerous tools and chemicals within the salon, children may only be present in the salon while accompanied by a guardian who is not receiving a service.

HairCraft Studios reserves the right to refuse certain color and chemical processes to our younger clients, as some services are not recommended for children under 16.
