HairCraft began as a salon suite with just Eliza behind the chair. Nearly a decade later, it has grown into a thriving studio, but in many ways, she's just getting started.

After years behind the chair, Eliza found herself drawn to a different kind of creativity. Today, she focuses on growing HairCraft, supporting the team, and shaping the experience behind the studio. From the way appointments flow to the systems that keep everything running smoothly, she's constantly looking for ways to make the experience better for both clients and the professionals who work there.

​

She's always been fascinated by the intersection of creativity and strategy and rarely settles for "good enough." Whether she's rethinking an industry norm, refining a process, or planning HairCraft's next chapter, she's always asking the same question: How could this be even better?

Her goal is simple: to build a business people genuinely want to be part of. A place where clients enjoy spending time, professionals can build meaningful careers, and great work is supported by thoughtful systems rather than held back by them.
