Hair Loss Solutions
Semi-permanent coverage for thinning hair and hair loss, built to look and live like your own hair.
More hair. More possibilities.
Mesh integration creates coverage and density in areas where traditional extensions alone may not be an option. A custom topper and extension hair are integrated with your natural hair to create a result you can wash, style, sleep, and live in.
No daily application or removal. It's installed, blended, and customized to wear as part of your hair between appointments.
The process
1. Complimentary Consultation Appointment
Every Hair Loss Solution starts with a complimentary consultation. We'll talk about what you're looking for, assess your hair and scalp, and determine whether mesh integration is a safe and appropriate option for you.
If you're a candidate, we'll color match, determine the coverage and density needed, select your topper and extension hair, go over maintenance and home care, and provide your full quote before moving forward.
2. Installation Appointment
Your first installation is a full-day appointment. We'll create the mesh foundation, integrate your topper and extension hair, then cut, blend, and style everything into your finished result.
Plan to settle in for the day. Pack a lunch or plan on ordering one. We've got the drinks and snacks covered.
3. Move Ups
Every 3–4 weeks, you'll come back for a move-up as your natural hair grows. These are the easy appointments, typically taking just 30 minutes to an hour.
4. Removal and Reinstall
Every 3 months, the system is completely removed for a fresh start. Your appointment includes a scalp treatment to refresh and care for your natural hair and scalp, followed by a check-in on your hair before your system is reinstalled from a fresh foundation.
Your topper will typically need to be replaced every 6 months, while the weft hair used to blend your topper typically lasts 6–12 months, depending on wear and home care. We’ll keep an eye on both during your regular appointments so you’ll know when it’s time for replacement.

The Details That Matter
Is mesh integration right for me?
Mesh integration can be a great option for many types of thinning and hair loss. During your consultation, we’ll take a close look at your hair and scalp to make sure your natural hair can safely support the system and create a plan around the coverage you need. The biggest consideration is whether your hair loss is currently active, as we want to make sure your natural hair is stable before moving forward.
Will mesh integration damage my hair?
For the right candidate, mesh integration can actually help protect your natural hair by reducing daily styling and manipulation and keeping vulnerable areas protected beneath the system. Proper installation, regular maintenance, and home care are essential, which is why we’ll continue checking the health of your natural hair and scalp throughout your appointments.
Can you see or feel the mesh?
The mesh is designed to disappear beneath your topper and extension hair once everything is installed, cut, and blended. You may be aware of the system at first simply because it’s new, but it should feel secure and comfortable rather than tight or painful.
Can I still wear my hair or style it normally?
Absolutely. Your system is designed to be worn as part of your hair, so you can curl it, straighten it, wear it up, and change up your styling. There may be a few adjustments depending on your system and placement, and we’ll show you how to style it while keeping the mesh and attachment points concealed and protected.
Living With Mesh Integration
You’ll need to follow a simple at home care routine, including
-
Gentle, daily brushing
-
Gentle shampooing and handling to protect the delicate lace on your topper
-
Thoroughly drying your hair and system after washing
-
Securing your hair during sleep
-
Securing your hair during certain activities
The lace on your topper is delicate, so a little extra care goes a long way toward keeping it in great condition between replacements.
We’ll walk you through everything before you leave your appointment. You’ll receive an aftercare email so you have everything to reference later. Mesh integration requires consistency, but the routine will quickly feel like second nature.
